Q: What should I do if I receive products that are damaged or missing items from my order?

A: If you receive products that are damaged in shipment or missing items from your order, please contact us right away. Do not throw away any broken product or the packaging box. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and the box (in case it has been tampered with). We will then offer you a credit memo or send a replacement for the products. Claims for damaged or missing products must be submitted within one week of receiving the order. We will not offer credits or replacements past this time frame.
